It was founded in Feb. 2003, and was originated from JISCO Labor Service Center whose original name is JISCO reemployment Service Center. In May of 2005, JISCO group put the Retirement Management Office under Deliyuan Company, therefore all the off-post employees are under centralized and uniform management. Deliyuan company mainly takes the centralized and uniform management for the employees, i.e. internal withdrawal, quit-working workers (at present they will get the money for the cost of living), former senior cadres, ill and disabled employee, rented workers, long-term-study workers, employee whose salary is stopped though registration is kept, retired cadre, retired area chief cadres, dead/ill workers’ dependents etc. It is also in charge of position conversion training for the off post workers, and recommending off post workers to replace temporary workers or season workers. Meanwhile it is also in charge of the home services, sub-companies’ night watches, gate guarding and public security safeguard and so on. Furthermore Deliyuan company takes the responsibility of cleaning service, meeting services, maintenance/repair of office facilities for JISCO group as well as various amusements activities.</FONT></P><P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12px; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">Till the end of year 2005, Deliyuan Company generally manages 8313 off post people, i.e. inner withdrawal, quit-work workers, ill and disabled employees, retired cadres, dependant, and the other off post workers. Thereinto, 7531 inner withdrawal, 638 quit-work workers, 38 ill and disabled workers (those are not meet the condition of inner withdrawal), 12 temporary registered workers (Qinghua company), 30 retired cadres and 12 long-term study workers. </FONT></P><P><FONT style="FONT-SIZE: 12px; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">Based on the guideline of “Find difference, insist stability, look for potential, ensure harmony development”, Deliyuan industrial company will continuously insist the principle of 3 services (serve for the group’s production and construction, serve for the living areas, serve for the on-post employees), and deeply execute 3 successivities (compulsory labor successively, interview/condole successively, cultural amusements successively), consolidate and develop 3 non slack (organization no slack, teams no slack, and employee no slack), improve all works steadily, and make a optimistic contribution to the reform, stabilization and development of JISCO.<BR></FONT></P><P></SPAN></FONT>&nbsp;</P>]]></text_content><size>2K</size></text></warexml_Y1X5XO_8439_4874_jg_25>
