Guiyou company was founded in Jan,2004. For the moment, the main management/service items are: cleaning/virescence for the metallurgical plant areas, management for the parking lots and plunge bath, management for the industrial rubbish, management for the workers living areas, supply and charge for living energy, maintenance management for residence area, management and services for the amusements place.

A.Supply and charge of living energy

 This company takes the responsibility of supply and maintenance of the living energy source for JISCO and some citizens, i.e. water supply and drainage system, heating system and hot water supply, coal gas/power supply. It holds a special and technical maintenance/repair team in order that the energy source can work properly. Moreover, this company is also responsible for the charge of water, power, heating, gas as well as the inspection of energy system.

B. Parks virescence management

This company takes the general management and maintenance for JISCO’s parks viresence. At present, the virescence areas cover 3.6 million square meters, thereinto, 226180.73 square meters at residence areas, 2.51 million square meters at metallurgical plant areas. The virescence percentage reach 26%, and virescence at company’s yard reaches more than 35%, green field percentage reaches more than 33%, and possible virescence percentage is 94%. In 1997, this JISCO was evaluated as advanced virescence company by Nation Metallurgical ministry. In 2001, JISCO was awarded national soil advanced virescence company by Gansu provincial government. In 2004, JISCO was awarded advanced national virescence company by National Iron&Steel Industrial Institute and advanced virescence company by Jiayuguan municipal government.

C. Property management
 
The property management includes five property management station, and logistics service for JISCO dormitory and hospital. The residence area covers 1.8 million square meters, totally there are 570 living buildings with more than 20 thousand families. There are 35 residence districts the living area of which is 1346604.95 square meters. There are 9 employee’s dormitories with total area of 510004.69 square meters, and 12 cultural amusement places.

D. Management and service of amusement:

It is responsible for supplying high quality amusement services to JISCO workers, families, Jiayuguan citizens and the consumers in the nearby area. At present, there are some amusement place, i.e. one amusement park and standard natatorium with the largest area, best facilities and full functions in Northwest China; one holiday park with 250 thousand square meters, one restaurant &amusement hall with 5000 square meters, one workers’ amusement park with 230 thousand square meters, one amusement plaza with 20 thousand square meters. By beautiful environment and first class service, it greatly improves JISCO workers’ and even Jiayuguan citizens’ welfare standard and the cultural amusement.
