JISCO Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation, as one of the branch companies of JISCO, is an integrative mechanical manufacturing company. Its operation mainly focuses on casting, forging, riveting&welding, machinery making and metal heat treatment. It consists of 10 branch plants, 4 specialty departments and 1 mechanics design institute. At present, the net value of fixed assets is RMB14.7 billion and total quantity of employee is 859.Owed to its 712 sets of various kinds of lathe as well as 224 engineers and senior engineers, it has more powerful ability in respect of technology development. Its products include: consumable parts and mechanical spare parts, i.e. copper plate of mould for casting machine, turbulence tuyere, rolls, slag ladle etc; and corporated equipments for ore dressing, sintering, blaster furnace, AOD. As one of the most powerful enterprise with high technology and manufacturing capability in the Northwest China, JISCO Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation made great contribution for JISCO’s production and construction. In the year 2002, it was awarded as “ADVANCED ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION ENTERPRISE”. In the year 2004, it ranked the third among 42 metallurgical enterprises by the integrative index evaluation. In the year 2006, the sales income reached RMB300 million as the best record, the overall product quantity reached 22600 tons, machined parts reached 11000 tons, overall industrial production value reached RMB130 million, and all economic indexes reached historic best record.

In order to occupy the market, JISCO Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation continuously got several certificates during recent years, e.g. Attestation of ISO9002, production license of Pressure Vessel, test license of Lifting Equipment, production licenses for overhead crane of 100t or less, installation & revamping &maintenance licenses for lifting Equipment etc. In the year 2003, it got the attestation of 2000 Quality system of ISO9001.

JISCO Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation attempted “Senior Worker System” in order to gradually bring up high quality staffs. Senior Workers, as a leading roll, will solve the key problems in production, and organize the application of latest technology. In February 2006,  “Senior Worker” successfully solved the difficult technical problems for equipment supplied from German company, and the German specialists sent one thankful letter to JISCO’s Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation. A heat exchanger made by Italy technology has  problems of one-off using, short lifetime and uneven radiation, but the plate heat exchanger developed by JISCO mechanical manufacturing corporation has solved all those problems. Targeting continuous development, this company also supplies technical training for the staffs and external workers.

During the “Fifteenth Five-Year Plan”, its integrated manufacturing capability got great progress.

1. By the large sets of projects, e.g. stack discharging device, 50t converter, floor trucks (180t or less) for metallurgy,

bridge crane, pressure vessel, this company has got more experiences and progress in the field of contracting, producing,

erecting, production arrangement and design conversion.

2. This company possesses the ability of manufacturing, erection and design conversion for pre-iron making system, e.g.

blaster furnaces, hot air furnaces, sintering trolley, 6-meter coke oven, etc.

3. By cooperation with the foreign equipment supplier, e.g. DANILLI, DEMAG, JFE, etc, the product quality got a great improvement.

4. The main economic indexes got great progress, and this company ranked the third among metallurgic mechanical manufacturing enterprises. JISCO Mechanical Manufacturing Corporation now already became one of the powerful companies in respect of the machinery research, technical level and the mechanical manufacturing.
