JISCO Steckel mill plant is a strip coil production line in possession of state-of-art equipments. Its mechanical equipment, hydraulic system and Level2 control system are supplied by VAI; and level 1 control system is by Siemens. The main mechanical equipments include: walking beam reheating furnace, high pressure water descaler, Edger, Roughing mill, Steckel mill, Laminar cooling and Downcoiler. The main control systems include: Level 1 sequence control system, Level 2 model control system, width control system and Steckel mill TCS system (including: AGC, CVC, roll bending, WR dynamic cooling system). The advanced equipment and first-class control system ensure the stability and reliability of its products, and each index of its product keeps ahead among that of same kind product in China as well. |
